PRICING
Q: How much does a test image cost?
A: A test image costs $42. This is a single image retouch with full reconstruction, delivered within 24 hours. If the result doesn't feel right for your brand, you don't pay. No risk. No contracts.
Q: What are your rates for larger projects?
A: Commercial retouching starts at $28 per image. Artistic and campaign work starts at $45 per image. Bespoke projects are quoted individually. Volume discounts are available for 20+ images per month.
Q: Do you offer free test images?
A: I offer a paid test image at $42. Unlike free tests, this ensures I dedicate full attention to your piece. If you're not satisfied with the result, you pay nothing.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Payment is accepted via Western Union or bank transfer. All prices are in USD.
PROCESS & TURNAROUND
Q: What is your typical turnaround time?
A: Standard turnaround is 24 hours per image. For batches of 10-30 images, delivery is typically within 48-72 hours. Rush delivery is available upon request.
Q: How does the process work?
A: You send one image. I retouch it with full attention to metal, stones, and background. You review the result. If you approve, we proceed with the full batch. If not, you don't pay.
Q: Can you match my existing brand style?
A: Yes. Send me a reference image that represents the look you want, and I will match the finish exactly. I work with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all your images.
TECHNICAL
Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: I work with RAW, TIFF, PSD, and high-resolution JPEG files. For best results, send the highest resolution available.
Q: What file formats do you deliver?
A: I deliver high-resolution TIFF files (4096px), print-ready files upon request, and web-optimized JPEGs. PSD files with layers are available for an additional fee.
Q: Do you work with photographers or only directly with brands?
A: I work with both. Many photographers send me their images for retouching before delivering to clients. I also work directly with jewelry brands and designers.
Q: Is my work kept confidential?
A: Absolutely. I never share client work without written permission. If needed, I can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting the project.

A: Yes. I retouch watches with the same precision as jewelry. Metal polishing, glass clarity, dial detail, and strap texture are all handled individually.
Q: Can you add or change backgrounds?
A: Yes. I can deliver images with pure white backgrounds, transparent PNGs, or custom backgrounds that match your brand aesthetic.
Q: Do you work with AI-generated backgrounds?
A: I focus on manual, pixel-level retouching for maximum precision. If your project requires AI backgrounds, we can discuss it as part of a bespoke project.
